Refreshing Cappuccino ( Cafe Copan Dark Roast )

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of brewed Cafe Copan Dark Roast

3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk

1/2 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/2 cup of half-and-half cream

Preparation: In a medium bowl, combine coffee and milk; whisk in half-and-half cream and the vanilla until well blended. Pour into glass filled with ice.

Preparation Time: 3 minutes

Makes 3 servings

 

Cocoa & Ice Cream mix Coffee ( Cafe San Marcos Supremo )

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups cold Cafe Copan

2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup

 

Preparation: In a blender, combine cold coffee, ice cream and chocolate syrup; blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Makes 2 servings

 

Coffee Milkshake ( Cafe Copan Regular )

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of cold brewed Cafe San Marcos Supremo

1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

1/4 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions: In a blender combine ice cream, coffee and cocoa; blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Makes 1 serving
